Runs day-to-day delivery, personally reviews every certified output, and is the person you WhatsApp when you need an answer. Also built the client document drawer at drawer.tatkowski.com and the public document verification system at validate.tatkowski.com that ship with every certified translation, rather than buying them off the shelf, so a receiving authority never has to take an applicant's word for it.
